Linda and Martin are committed to providing excellent customer service. Over the past several years over 90% of their business is derived from past customers and referrals.

Linda and Martin are owners of RE/MAX Town and Country. They opened RE/MAX Town and Country in January of 2001. Linda is the designated broker, Martin an Associate Broker. The Rowes have been involved in real estate in various capacities (i.e., investors, development and sales) since 1978.

Linda and Martin have been married for nearly 30 years and have two children. Their hobbies include boating, real estate investment and real estate in general.

Linda was born in Southern California, attended Biola University and San Diego State. Linda worked in the banking industry for over 9 years before obtaining her real estate license. She has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate sales selling over $100 million of real estate. Linda has obtained several professional designations, including the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist and the Accredited Buyer Representation Certification. Linda is currently the Co-Chair of the Kitsap County Planning Commission.

Martin is a native of Washington, a graduate of Bishop O'Dea High school and has a Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning and a Master Degree in Public Administration. Martin developed housing and housing programs benefiting low-income households for over 20 years. He has managed multi-million dollar grant programs, worked as a land-use planner and currently provides consulting services for cities and agencies developing housing and housing programs.
